Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) remains the fastest and cleanest way to remove minor dents, dings, and hail damage - without compromising your factory paint. Skilled technicians use precision tools to gently restore the metal, preserving your vehicle’s original finish and protecting its resale value.
In addition to PDR, we offer premium paint protection services. Ceramic coatings provide a glossy, protective layer that resists UV damage, chemical stains, and everyday grime. We also offer Paint protection film (PPF), which adds an invisible barrier against scratches, chips, and road debris - helping keep your car looking newer, longer.
Our ceramic coatings provide a durable, hydrophobic barrier that resists contaminants and makes washing easier. This protective layer repels water, dirt, bird droppings, and road grime keeping your car cleaner between washes and reducing long-term paint damage. Drivers appreciate how the coating enhances gloss and depth, giving the paint a rich, polished look. It’s an ideal choice for those who want lasting shine with less maintenance, whether for a daily commuter or a prized weekend vehicle.
For maximum impact protection, paint protection film (PPF) offers invisible armor against rock chips, scratches, and abrasion. Applied to high-wear areas like bumpers, hoods, side mirrors, and door edges, PPF shields vulnerable surfaces from the hazards of daily driving. The self-healing film helps light scratches disappear with heat, keeping panels looking fresh. Combined with expert dent repair, these services help protect your investment while preserving both appearance and value for years to come.
Satisfaction Guaranteed: I will walk you through the process and help you any way possible. I will explain the procedure of the repair or enhancement. We will perform the service on your ride and work towards your satisfaction every time. This is my promise to you.
Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) is a precise method of removing dents without the need for sanding, fillers, or repainting. Technicians use specialized tools to access the backside of panels, carefully massaging the metal back to its original shape. This process maintains the factory paint and structural integrity of the vehicle while helping it retain both value and appearance.
PDR is ideal for repairing door dings, hail damage, and small body creases. It offers a faster, more affordable alternative to conventional repairs. Many jobs are completed same day, with results that restore the vehicle’s look while protecting its long-term resale value.

I grew up in a restoration body shop that belonged to my dad. Graduated from New England Technical Institute in 1993 for auto body repair. After a few years in the body shop world I went to work for Dent Wizard in 1997. There I was trained in the art of Paintless Dent Repair (PDR).
In June Of 2020 I left Dent Wizard after 23 years to start my own venture to offer exceptional service to my customers.
In June of 2022 I opened a shop here in Berlin CT to create the best experience for our customers.
In 2023 Will Malave came on board and we started adding lines of service including but not always limited to Ceramic coating, Vinyl Wrap, PPF, Brake Caliper Painting and more.
Yes, paintless dent repair (PDR) works on both steel and aluminum panels. Our technicians use specialized tools and techniques to safely restore aluminum surfaces without damaging the original paint.
It’s best to schedule hail repair as soon as possible. Leaving dents untreated can make your car more vulnerable to paint cracking and rust—especially in varying weather conditions.
A professionally applied ceramic coating typically lasts 2 to 5 years depending on the product used and how the vehicle is maintained. Regular washes and proper care can help maximize the lifespan.
It’s recommended to wait about 7 days after PPF installation before using an automatic car wash. After that, touchless car washes are safe, though hand washing is always preferred to preserve the film.
Yes — vinyl wraps conform to the surface underneath. If dents are not repaired before applying a new wrap, they will remain visible. We recommend correcting dents first with PDR.
PDR is primarily used for metal panels. For plastic bumpers, we offer alternative repair options depending on the severity of the damage. Contact us for an assessment.
No. PDR is a non-invasive process that does not affect your vehicle’s factory warranty. Because it preserves the original paint, it is widely accepted by manufacturers and dealerships.
Paint protection film (PPF) is very low maintenance. We recommend regular washing and occasional use of PPF-safe sealants to maintain clarity and hydrophobic properties.
If the paint is intact and the dent is not on an extreme panel edge, it’s likely a great candidate for PDR. We offer free inspections to confirm if PDR is the right solution.
Ceramic coatings add a slick, protective layer that resists light scratching and chemical damage, but they do not prevent rock chips. For rock chip protection, paint protection film (PPF) is recommended.
